     I'm Jessica, a licensed real estate agent in Virginia with Samson Properties (SP). As a member of the Prince William Association of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®, I hold certifications as a Military Relocation Specialist (MRP) and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). My recent appointment to the Compliance team at SP has provided me with extensive experience reviewing real estate paperwork, further strengthening my expertise as an agent.

     My personal experiences buying and selling properties with the help of real estate agents shaped my expectations for the industry and led me to practice the Golden Rule in both my personal and professional life.
