I am a DMV local and have lived in many Northern Virginia neighborhoods over a span of 30+ years. Throughout this time, I've witnessed never ending fluctuation in the housing market, the booming growth of suburban counties surrounding the DC metropolitan area, and the everchanging policies that impact homeowners/landlords/renters.

That is why my mission, that drives my career today, is -

To provide a "one-stop shop" for all real estate needs and remaining a lifelong resource to my clients.

My career in the real estate business began 20 years ago as a hobby. I began investing and maintaining rental properties, while working as a credit education specialist certified by the Federal Trade Commission. After some short years though, my hobby grew and required my full-time attention. I expanded soon after and in 2005, opened a mortgage business franchise which I managed for three years. During the market crash of 2008 - I moved into the real estate business, acquired my Virginia real estate license and focused my next two years helping clients, which included neighbors & friends, struggling from the market crash with loan modifications to save their homes. From there I expanded again by obtaining my Maryland real estate license in 2010 and went on to do investment properties for my clients as well as partnering with them in flipping and selling properties.

With the extensive knowledge I have accumulated over my seasoned career in the DMV area, my aim is to educate and facilitate first-time home buyers through their transit into home ownership. This includes highlighting the obligations and benefits of becoming a homeowner, and to remain a lifelong resource to my clients. On average I've saved my clients ~$20k in costs for buyers & sellers, however my true measure of success is based on the number of positive referrals I've received from clients who have entrusted me with their friends, parents, children and extended families. This sentiment alone has driven the base of my clientele to almost 80% of referrals from satisfied clients.
