There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, laser sharp negotiation skills, as well as a discerning eye for design/details, all of which are hallmarks of how I work & strive to achieve my client's dreams.  My experience as a realtor coupled with 20+ years as a nationally published, professional interior designer provides my client's a wealth of endless resources.  I exceed expectations with a "client first" philosophy that inspires me to continually expand my business skills with a 'team work makes your dream's work" attitude.

I am very actively involved in the community, my church and animal rescue. I have two amazing young adults who were born and raised in NOVA, graduated from JMU and GMU, & are both entrepreneurs living locally.   My daughter was an accomplished equestrienne & my son excelled in lacrosse. I lived in 19 different places as the daughter of a 25+ year career Army Officer.  That included graduating from high school in Germany, and attending Texas Tech University.   Northern Virginia has been my favorite place to call home.

Interior design and real estate have always been my passion.  I've been fortunate to combine the two with Elevate Your Space Realty Team and my full service interior design & staging firm, Sublime Redesign, Inc.  

My professor of purpose "WHY" is animal rescue & youth humane education/animal compassion.  I founded my 501c3 Animal Angel Aid, and THE PAWTECTORS,  a year-round, online program to teach/inspire animal compassion, responsible pet ownership & how animal loving youth can be super heroes for homeless animals in their own community.  

25% of my commission from all homes bought/sold with me is donated to helping local homeless animals with spay/neuter and medical care they need, as well as youth humane education.    Thank YOU for helping create a WIN WIN in the lives of homeless animals and kids!  COMPASSION FOR ANIMALS = COMPASSION FOR HUMANS = COMPASSION FOR ALL !!
