He has a bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Park University, a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma, and a Master's Degree in Education from the University of Maryland. He has also earned certification in Paralegal studies. In his free time, Frank enjoys camping, fishing, biking, bowling, and chess. He loves animals and is presently the owner of two beautiful cats; Mika and Jolie.
