I’m a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR),  Virginia Association of Realtor (VAR) and Prince William County Associations of Realtors® (PWAR).  I’m currently serving on the PWAR’s Board of Directors. I’m a volunteer for the Prince William Medical Reserve Corps (MRC), and I’ve been volunteering as a precinct chief election officer in Prince William County.

My past experiences include a director of education in real estate brokerage, director of national and federal education programs and advocacy for more than 20 years, and served in numerous leadership roles and national education and advocacy organizations. I’m fluent in the Cambodian and English languages.

I earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration, with concentrations in Law and Government, from Hamline University, MN; and a Bachelor degree in Mathematics, with a minor in French language, from University of Minnesota.
