I received my real estate license in 2021 and joined Samson Properties. I work with my wife and partner Rachel Carr and together we formed Carr2 Real Estate, LLC. In 2022, After 25 years as an executive leader for construction companies, I left to focus on real estate and to launch my own contracting company Worx Pro, Inc, so I could better serve homeowners and our clients.  I received my MBA from Loyola University of Maryland and I hold a MD Home Improvement license. I have worked in new home building, renewable energy, and commercial contracting. Throughout my career, I have been somehow involved in real estate both personally and professionally and now excited to be doing it as an agent.
