My business philosophy is “People before commission!”  I am in the business of serving and advocating for my clients.  As a full-time agent, licensed since 2004, I primarily service the northern corridor of Maryland, i.e. Harford, Baltimore, and Cecil Counties, as well as some areas of Baltimore City.  I have listed and sold approximately 200 homes at a closed volume of $47.6 million in residential real estate.  I am a native Baltimorean and currently reside in Harford County with my husband, son, and two fur-babies.  Prior to that, we lived in Baltimore County, and my husband and I grew up in Baltimore City.  I have a background in bookkeeping and business management.  In 2019, my personal sales volume was $16.8 million with an average sales price of $350,662 and an average list-to-sale ratio of 99.43%.
