I am a woman that has expertise, dedication and life experience in the real estate world. In my previous life I was in the Banking world where I helped clients build their credit, open lines of credit, get car loans, credit cards, home loans for many years. I was recruited out of the banking industry and became a settlement agent, which I still currently do. Recently, I joined Cardinal Title and enjoy helping clients in the final step of owning a home. Making my clients happy is always the best part of the process. In between these years, I became a mother (SAHM/part time settlement agent) to a beautiful, caring and loving daughter. Now 16+ years later, I have decided to join Samson Properties, specifically, Monumental powered by Place in the Fairfax office. I am very pleased to use my years of experience, knowledge, and responsibilities of work, managing the home and finances as well as motherhood to embody the intersection of professional competence and personal compassion. I embrace challenges. I am constantly learning and leveraging my diverse experiences to achieve success in all aspects of my life. I have come full circle in the real estate world and understand the significance of finding the right home that supports both a family’s lifestyle and provides a comfortable environment. Having a personal connection has always allowed me to connect with my clients on a deeper level, building trust and fostering stronger relationships. My motherhood skills have further improved my organization, efficacy, multitasking, time management, detail-orientation, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills. I have a very strong work ethic; I am bilingual in Spanish and have always had a drive to help people and in the process, I have always met & exceeded my work goals.
