Hi! I’ve been a full time licensed Realtor in MD since 1983. In 1989 I opened my own franchise brokerage and ran that for 13 years. When I sold it, I worked for Prudential Carruthers in general brokerage, mentored, then managed their Crofton MD office. I went back into sales after a few years and continued to do residential, commercial, property management, short sales and foreclosures. I also started teaching Principles and Practices in 1989 and continue to teach that and Continuing Education classes in Colleges and Brokerages.
