Why me?
I will net you more money for your home in less time on the market.
I offer personalized service. I do not work in great volume, by choice. I do not farm communities – never have – nor do I advertise for new clients. My business is through referrals from very happy clients. I have a very satisfied clientele.
My clients are very important to me. I am honored to have their support and friendship over the years – in person and in continued communication wherever they may be. Many have stayed in the original home I sold them years ago, because they have grown to love it and have integrated into their community to a level in which they are unwilling to give up. This is my goal: To help my clients settle into the home of their dreams and then sell their home when ready.
I have deep roots in this area and was fortunate enough to be mentored by an extraordinary agent when I became a realtor over 2 decades ago. I was named “Rookie of the Year” by Northern Virginia Association of Realtors during my first year in business, and I am in the top one-half percent of Realtors in the nation as a regular “Top Producer”. My local knowledge spans generations in this area: I am a native of this area – the granddaughter of the last Vienna Stationmaster on the W&OD Railroad, and niece of the last Railway Express agent in Herndon. Yet I have lived literally around the globe, always returning home to Northern Virginia.
