I’m Melissa Case, Mom to 3 amazing soccer playing kids (all teenagers), wife to my H.S. sweetheart Residential Construction Builder husband Josh, also a dog Mom to 2 mischievous Boston Terriers, and a full time Real Estate Agent Located Prince William County, VA.

Living in Northern Virginia for the last 25 years I have seen alot of changes to the area that affect our homes and neighborhoods.  my first hand experience and perspective of this leaves me well equipped with the necessary knowledge & understanding of Northern Virginia living, as well as the current Real Estate market.

Moving can be a very stressful experience, however my hope is that I can prove that it doesn’t have to be.   Growing up as an Army brat, in a home where we moved every 3 years, I saw first hand what the buying & selling process was like and the emotional & mental toll it can take. Ultimately though, I always enjoyed the ins and outs of the process, such as going to open houses & viewing homes while living in temporary housing, and then finally finding the “one”. I also have vivid memories of keeping our family home in tip top shape, just in case an agent called and we’d have to leave for a potential buyer to come by. So yeah, I get it, I personally have experienced 12 moves! 
 In addition to my experience, I am a problem solving, solution oriented, no drama, “we can do this”, “hang in there it will be worth it”, and big energy agent. I am always looking for the challenge, and the drive is there to get you to the finish line! Whether we are buying or selling the closing table will be our finish line!!
 I am passionate about what I do, working with my clients, especially when they allow me into their hearts and homes. Gaining access to their needs & wants, figuring out the details that are important to them so that we can strategize a plan and work towards the common goal… the finish line, aka closing table.  My clients are more than just clients, they are friends. I am proud that my professional drive allows me to be my true authentic self and do what I  love doing which is helping people!
