My passion for real estate is shown in my efforts to assist my clients to achieve their goals.  As a lifelong resident of Frederick County Maryland, and a seasoned real estate player within the community I understand the importance of details, efficiency, and service in this business.  There are many aspects involved in real estate and I offer over 25 years of real estate knowledge and expertise to guide you through the process of purchasing or selling a home from start to finish.

I specialize in residential sales, estate sales, new construction, and relocation with focused training in negotiation and contract language.  Most importantly, I listen and respond quickly to emails, phone calls and texts.  I dedicate all of my efforts to make sure my clients feel completely informed, comfortable, and satisfied throughout the entire buying or selling process. That is why over 80% of my business is referral based from past and repeat clients.
When I am not working in in real estate and serving my clients; I enjoy time with my husband, son, 2 Chihuahuas and sponsoring a child in Thailand through Compassion International – that I hope to meet one day.  I also feel very rewarded when giving back to our local charities that do so much for our community.
