Sarah Moorman serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Samson Properties, where she oversees day-to-day operations, strategic growth, compliance, technology adoption, agent development, and service expansion across Samson’s multi-state footprint. A real estate leader with more than 20 years of experience, Sarah began her career as a top-producing agent and later held roles as managing broker, general manager, mentor, and executive.

At Samson Properties, she has helped scale the company to thousands of agents and dozens of offices, all while maintaining a culture rooted in education, service, collaboration, and ethical leadership. Sarah is also a real estate investor and community advocate, leading initiatives supporting youth and families through “Samson Cares” and other local partnerships.
