As Chief Operating Officer, Sarah’s job is to help Samson and the agents GROW. She develops and executes training and growth infrastructure for Samson Properties as it is experiencing rocket growth. Sarah participates on Samson’s Leadership Team and assists Donny with various operations, management, compliance and business issues. Sarah developed and oversees the current Mentor Program for the new agents joining Samson with no experience, conducts developmental growth programs for those agents looking to grow their business, helps agents hit the next level in their business structure from individual status and implements various sales trainings to help all agents, regardless of volume, to grow their business.  Sarah also offers broker support to Managing Brokers and Agents as they encounter issues in their business or transactions.
Sarah has spent 20 years in General Brokerage as both a top producing sales person and in brokerage management and leadership. The last 15 years, she has worked on growing agents and firms, contract compliance and organizational structure. She has always loved watching people grow and become successful in their businesses.

Giving back, attitude of gratitude and growth comes from earning the business are mantras that Sarah lives by in her own life.  Sarah actively participates in Samson Cares and other children’s activities. Sarah is passionate about children and kids healthy environments. She has coached both boys and girls lacrosse (8 years), baseball (2 years) and cheerleading (3 years) as her kids were active in year-round sports.  Sarah served on Dulles South Lacrosse’s Board of Directors (3 years), Dulles South Youth Sports Board of Directors (3 years) and American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life (8 years).  Sarah believes life is short and we all need to keep growing. Sarah has set and achieved personal goals to run marathons, complete Spartan races, climb mountains (Kilimanjaro and Machu Picchu), race cars, get a motorcycle, get a black belt, etc… and believes to be successful, you can never stop trying to achieve new goals and grow as a person.  Sarah also fulfilled a business goal and opened an educational childcare facility, Kiddie Academy of South Riding, which is growing strong. Sarah is so proud of her children, Rylee (18) attends Virginia Tech majoring in Chemistry and NeuroScience and Casen (15) is in 9th grade and who loves basketball, playing on the JV basketball team.
