Tim Peacock is a Realtor at Samson Properties.  He is a native Washingtonian and is a long-term resident of northern Virginia. After graduating from Villanova University with a BS degree in Business Administration he was a general manager for a national white table cloth restaurant chain in charge of all aspects of the operation including sales, marketing, budgeting and most importantly customer satisfaction.  He went on to become a top salesperson negotiating contracts for one of the largest business equipment companies on the east coast.  As a Realtor he has helped dozens of families, some from half way around the world, find the ideal place to call home.  Customer service is his number one priority.  He listens and is available to his clients 24/7.  He enjoys helping his clients to find the perfect place to live and sell their existing homes for a great price.

Tim has had hands on experience with several remodeling projects particularly of kitchens and baths plus adding complete additions onto properties.  As a landlord he is intimately familiar with all the aspects of property management.

His family includes his wife, Martha his two adult children Lauren and Bill, a granddaughters Virginia and Astrid and a dog named Archie.

When not doing real estate his favorite pastimes include spending time with his family, his dog Archie, cooking, gardening, reading and staying in touch with his happy clients.
