I come to Samson Properties with over 15 years of experience working in real estate settlements in the metropolitan area. I first became familiar with the industry while working closely with realtors for several years. I possess extensive experience in all aspects of the title business, from reviewing contracts, titles, and closing documents, to processing and coordinating real estate transactions. I am originally from Colombia, where I attended the law faculty at the “Universidad Externado de Colombia” until I emigrated to Maryland in 1999. I ran my title agency for 5 years and worked with some of the biggest title companies in the area.

I transitioned from the title industry to sales, because I wanted to expand my knowledge to new areas and to apply my extensive knowledge of title ownership. I love guiding homebuyers and helping them make their dreams come true. I truly appreciate the connection that I form with my clients, and their accomplishments bring me the highest level of satisfaction.
