A native of San Diego, CA, Beth Ann came to Virginia to play volleyball at the College of William and Mary. Upon graduation, she moved to Northern Virginia and found her love of real estate when she purchased her first home in Arlington in 1989. For 30 years, she has been instrumental in the growth of girl’s volleyball in the Washington DC area and was the Women’s Head Volleyball Coach at Marymount University from 1993-2023.  She retired in March of 2023 to focus on her real estate clients full time. In her first year, she was recognized by the Northern VA Association of Realtors as a Top Producer and received the Gold Award from Samson Properties.
She and her husband, Donald (a VA Licensed Class A Contractor), have raised 3 children that attended Arlington private and public schools. She has a creative eye for residential design and loves matching each client with the home that fits their current needs. Beth Ann is prepared to help those looking for a first home, a home to meet the needs of a growing family, a second home and those looking to downsize in their retirement.
