Andrea is ranked in the top 2% in Richmond. Andrea has been a Richmond resident for over 30 years. She possesses a love for 20th century architecture and design, from arts and crafts to mid-century to modern. Her expertise shines through when dealing with unique or unusual properties.  She has a strong background in design and is very knowledgeable about the renovation process.

As a Richmond resident, Andrea stays involved with the community.  She is a co-founder of Modern Richmond, a public monthly forum with hands on education of Modern Architecture. Andrea takes an active role in urban and regional development, keeping abreast of the most recent current events in our region.
