Andreas Karl Reinhardt was born in Germany, raised in Heidelberg, the European Headquarter of our US army and made finally landfall in the US not as a tourist but resident in 1999. Andreas’s skills comprise legal, accounting, engineering, risk assessment, and sales/consulting. With his wife, Ruth Reinhardt,  originally from Zimbabwe, the couple built a home from scratch in South West Florida and flipped over years another home in Naples, Florida, and they made mistakes by building a home from scratch as well as later to sell the flipped home without a realtor (!!!) which enriched their skills and knowledge about the SW Florida real estate market, and real estate market rules in general. Involved in Transatlantic, and international business since many years, Andreas and his wife understand different cultures entering the US real estate market as investors or immigrants. The couple enjoy their two high school girls, and her mother from Zimbabwe living with them. Both have together one central “hobby”: Our God  Lord Christ Jesus.
