In 2001 I began my career as a Real Estate Assistant, before becoming a licensed Real Estate Agent in 2015. Over the last 19 years, I have gained extensive experience and knowledge in the Real Estate Market in Virginia and Maryland. I have sold and bought homes in a various price range from single houses and condominiums to townhouses.

In 2019 and 2020, I was recognized and credited as a top producer of the Association of Realtors, closing over 98 transactions since 2018, 90% of whom were recommended by previous clients. I credit my success to always striving to provide high-quality, personalized service to each and every person I work with.

I understand the stresses and worries that come with buying or selling a property, so I do my utmost to make the process as smooth as possible, by communicating every step of the way and offering advice that is in my client’s best interests.

I speak Spanish fluently as I am originally from Lima, Peru, famously known as the Land of the Incas.

When I’m not assisting my real estate clients, I enjoy spending time with my two children at my home in Virginia, and I thoroughly enjoy relaxing while reading a good book.
