Growing up in Texas, Avery-Lynn moved to Virginia in 2004, after graduating from University of Maryland with a degree in International Business. During Avery-Lynn’s previous career, she excelled as a consultant supporting international development projects and conducting large-scale event planning for government clients. After excelling in her corporate career, Avery-Lynn took a hiatus to focus on her growing family and later obtained her Virginia real estate license as she pursued her passion for helping others achieve their dreams.
Avery-Lynn’s love of real estate is rooted in her enthusiasm for helping others. Her guiding philosophy is that each of her clients deserves an advocate, someone standing on their side and keeping their best interests in mind. As a former professional event planner, Avery-Lynn understands the importance of listening carefully to her client’s needs as she confidently guides them through each step of the buying or selling process. Avery-Lynn’s results-oriented mindset that propelled her as a collegiate continues to fuel her commitment to her clients.
Avery-Lynn enjoys showcasing everything Stafford and Spotsylvania counties have to offer, especially the great neighborhoods for growing and active families. She currently lives with her husband and three children in North Stafford, surrounded by friendly neighbors.  On weekends, you might catch her “supervising” her kid’s lemonade stand, offering coffee and donuts to the morning walkers from her corner lot, planning a block party or cheering from the stands at her children’s sports activities. She’s an avid reader, traveler and loves talking all things interior design and fashion.
