Ayannah Buford Bryant is a licensed real estate professional, property manager, and assisted living manager. Ayannah’s career started as a systems and human factors engineer for Lockheed Martin, Deloitte Consulting, and the National Institute of Health throughout her 16+ year career. Ayannah is also a cancer survivor, and her experience with battling cancer inspired her desire to transition into real estate and property management.
In her 20+ years of working with federal and state agencies, Ayannah has dedicated her career to understanding people, their needs, and how to use technology and design to improve their lives and businesses. She has transitioned these valuable skills to being a real estate investor, a property manager, and a realtor. Ayannah runs her property management business with her husband, Bryant Property Advisors—Property Management Services.
Born and raised in the District of Columbia, she attended Bowie State University as an Honors Program student and was inducted into the Alpha Kappa Mu National Honor Society. She graduated on the Dean’s List and Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology with a minor in Business Administration. She also earned a Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master’s Certificate in Visual Communications and Multimedia Design from Johns Hopkins University-CCI.
