Mary Ann fell in love with real estate while scouting open houses with a friend who was seeking to find the perfect home for their family’s lifestyle. Instantly, Mary Ann knew that she would love helping others on their home buying and selling journeys, but waited to start her real estate career until neighborhood friends were forced to sell their home for a huge loss during the housing bubble crash of 2008. Mary Ann hated seeing such wonderful people at no fault of their own go through such hardship, and vowed that she would do everything in her power to help her community, family, friends to avoid a similar fate. She knew that she could do this by helping them to experience the least stressful, successful home selling and buying process that they would ever experience.
