Candice Richardson moved to Maryland in 1991, with origins from the suburbs of New York City.  While employed with the Federal Government for 12 years, she became a Realtor in 1993 and developed a passion for estate and assisting the public with their real estate dreams.

Her extensive background in real estate includes listings, sales, rentals, agent management and training, investing (rehabs and rentals), property management, pre-licensing instructing and title services.  Just before earning her Associate Broker’s license, Candice left her government position and began fulfilling her dream of achieving financial freedom.  She also takes pleasure in showing others how to achieve their financial goals through real estate.

Spending quality time with her daughter, family, and friends is of extreme importance to Candice.  She loves to travel and see how others live.  In addition to being a Top Producer, Candice is a proud graduate of Syracuse University and The George Washington University.
