I have lived and practiced real estate in many places. My real estate career began in Tennessee where I also obtained my finance degree. With big plans to get a finance job and change careers after I graduated, my love for helping people find their dream home was too strong so I canceled my Morgan Stanley interviews and pressed harder with my career in real estate. I couldn’t leave this profession, it found me and it’s exactly where I am supposed to be. I specialized in military relocation and custom home builds while serving the home buyers of Clarksville, TN. The military then moved us to Sacramento California where I had the privilege of working along side a national leader in residential real estate sales – Michael Soares. While servicing the Sacramento market I specialized in working a sellers dominant market and sharpened my negotiation skills and tactics. I learned how to win the multiple offer bidding wars against all cash offers and how to give my buyers hope after the losses. I learned how to become the neighborhood expert and to nurture the people of my area. The military has now brought us here to Fairfax, Virginia where we plan to retire and I am building real estate team of my own.  I am now becoming the area specialist of my neighborhood of Fairfax and serving the home buyers of Northern Virginia.
