Cara is a lifetime resident of Montgomery County. She attended Northwood High School and then went on to receive a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Maryland College Park. Cara worked as a Math Analyst at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center and as an Instructional Data Analyst with Montgomery County Public Schools. She has been with the John Burgess Group since 1996 as a Marketing Specialist, Bookkeeper and a member of the Office Management Team. She is involved with the Marty Lyons Foundation (MLF), So Others Might Eat (SOME) and the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation (PFF) and organizes the brokerage’s annual fundraising events for these charities. In her spare time, Cara enjoys spending time with her husband, two boys (now men!), grandkids and extended family at family gatherings, sporting events, hiking trails, parks and the beach.
