After serving for 22 years in the Venezuelan Navy as Captain, and with more than 30 years of experience working and training people, Maria made her second career in real estate. Her numerous milestones include: State-certified real estate instructor, she has earned the designation of Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), she has been awarded the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS®) Designation by the Residential Real Estate Council, REALTORS®. Additionally, she is a Certified Military Residential Specialist (MilRES™), Certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP®), and she got another Certification as Military Residential Specialist (CMRS©) to serve veterans, active duty, reservists, and their families. She is an At Home with Diversity Certified Real Estate Agent (AHWD®) and is a Certified Short Sales and Foreclosures Real Estate Specialist (SFR®).
