Catherine specializes in the close-in Maryland suburbs of Washington, DC, but she’s able to help you buy or sell a home anywhere in the metropolitan DC area.  She has been a Maryland resident for almost twenty years.  She lives in the Forest Glen section of Silver Spring and loves to help buyers and sellers in all areas of the Maryland suburbs, but particularly in Silver Spring and Kensington.  She loves the area and is eager to introduce people to all it has to offer.

Catherine has an elite Certified Senior Housing Professional (CSHP) designation, and specializes in working with seniors and their families.  She is an expert in 55+ Communities in Maryland that are close to DC, such as Leisure World and Central Parke at Victoria Falls.   She not only has great resources for lenders, title companies, inspectors, and contractors, she also has great senior-specific resources such as estate sale companies and senior move managers.

When not working with her clients, Catherine enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons. Her hobbies include playing and coaching soccer, reading, gardening, and travel.
