A native of Long Island, NY and having grown up in an Italian family, Chris moved to Virginia and has been a resident since 2014 currently residing in the Fairfax area.

Being fascinated with homes and seeing all the client interaction that goes behind the selling and buying process, from previewing homes to presenting a offer and the negotiating, it was all exciting and so the transition to real estate was a easy one and in 2021, Chris started his real estate business and associated himself with Samson Properties.

Prior to real estate, Chris started his professional life in hospitality providing customer care and service to guests and clients from working in hotels and catering. Making people smile was his goal in the service industry and he learnt the importance that preparation is everything from the organizing and communication all the way to meeting a clients expectations.

Given the opportunity to broaden his horizon, Chris took part in the 25th year of the Congress – Bundestag Youth Exchange program where he got to experience a new culture by living abroad in Germany for a year where he learnt how to become adaptable in the unknown while learning a new language.

Selling and buying in the NovA and DC area, getting to help families with the next chapter of their lives is a special feeling as each person becomes part of Chris’s new real estate family during the process.
