I am a mother of 5 kids who range in ages from 15 to 25! They are the reason I work so hard. Selling waterfront homes and all other homes is a passion for me. The Little Wicomico River and The Chesapeake Bay are close to my home.  I love being a realtor!  I have a lot of knowledge of  waterfront properties, you have to be a little careful to be aware of water depths that will accommodate your interests on the water.  You need to make sure you find navigable water that doesn\’t have issues with sandbars that would prevent you from traveling into the larger Rivers and The Chesapeake Bay.

I have helped many families with first time home buying, with FSBO homes, land purchases, dilapidated homes, and many dream homes!  One FSBO I converted into a listing, the seller said that he could not have done it without me.  I started cleaning his home bi-weekly, helped him list his furniture for sale, assisted him in 110 degree weather to clean out his detached garage for a few days.  It was such a great experience for me, we became best friends!  He was worried about closing on time, I told him \”Do  not worry, everything will be fine\”.  Before the walkthrough I stopped by and tidied up his house just a little.  Well everything went smoothly, I got a call from the buyers agent to do more deals together…he was amazed at how clean this walk through was!! Unbelievable!!

I am great at resolving issues, negotiating, showing houses last minute and finding people to do various types of work needed on homes.  I have lived all over VA. and have had all types of jobs in the past.  All of my jobs have been in customer service totaling over 30 years.  The best thing you should know about me is that I find it a privilege to have you put your trust in me and give me the opportunity to sell your home or help you find your next home.  I do not take it for granted that I get to help you.  I love it!
