I have been a licensed realtor in VA for approximately 20 years.  During that time I have been awarded the Blue Ridge Association of Realtors Platinum Hall of Fame,  the Long and Foster Gold Team Membership, and now with my affiliation with Samson Properties, I am a member of the Cardinal,  all of which are the most distinguished achievement within our real estate community.

Prior to becoming a realtor, I worked at a Wall St. Investment Banking Firm selling bonds and bond funds to brokerage firms.  I truly believe that experience has given me the tools necessary to negotiate the best deals for my clients whether buying or selling a home.

My husband is a native of Winchester, a land developer and builder, and we raised our family in the house he grew up in.  Three generations of Butlers have lived in our home.  We are very involved in our community and have served on many boards throughout our 30+ years here.   We love to play tennis and golf and enjoy our hikes with our yellow lab and our cavalier king charles pups.  We have 2 boys one of which is in the real estate industry!  I guess you can say real estate is in our blood!
