Daniel is a retired Marine artillery officer with nearly 22 years of service, which included four deployments to Iraq, one deployment to Afghanistan, and a liaison tour in Germany and Djibouti.  Daniel graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Finance, and subsequently attained a MBA from the University of Mary Washington, where he was selected as the Outstanding Student of the graduating class and became a life-member of the Sigma Beta Delta academic honor society.

Daniel became a real estate investor in 2012 with rental properties in Virginia, North Carolina, and Texas.  This experience taught him that, “True prosperity comes through owning real estate.” ™  He enjoys helping people find their own financial freedom through teaching programs such as the Dave Ramsey Financial Peace University, in which he is working on Baby Step 6.  Daniel also volunteers as the Chairman of the Board of Finance for his church and as the Treasurer for his sons’ Boy Scout troop.

Daniel earned the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification and the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation.  These professional development programs demonstrate his advanced level of knowledge about needs and concerns facing our military families and buyer’s needs.

Daniel enjoys solving the many complex problems inherent to real estate transactions and takes pleasure in helping other people meet and exceed their housing and investment goals.
