Daniel’s love for real estate comes from his desire to live a financially healthy life. After reading books like Rich Dad Poor Dad and The Richest Man in Babylon, Daniel’s interest in financial literacy grew. His desire to understand how money works and his eagerness to apply his knowledge have led to experiences like investing in stocks in his first year of University, buying a condo unit during his graduate studies and becoming a licensed real estate agent in early 2025. With the license, Daniel is guiding and helping others navigate their own financial journeys through real estate so they can enjoy rich lives with financial security. The core values he lives by are integrity, competency, respect, and empathy. Communicative and diligent, he holds his clients’ best interests at heart with a fiduciary duty in mind.

Daniel has experience living in both South Korea and the USA. He received a full-ride scholarship to the University of Texas at Dallas, where he studied Biomedical Engineering for his B.S. and M.S. degrees and completed a year of PhD program. He worked in the medical device industry before he founded Snaperty, a media agency serving the marketing needs of professionals in the DMV real estate industry.

Currently living happily with his amazing wife in Arlington, VA, Daniel specializes in the Counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William.
