I have been a Realtor since 1989 and been a Licensed Class A Contractor even longer.  My years of expertise allow me to help my Buyers find and see possibilities in homes they are considering for purchase. On the Seller side, I can help them get ready for sale such as general renovations or a home freshen up.  Either side I have the ability to help with costs analysis in any type of renovations or repairs.  My 30 years of contracting allows me to help my clients realize their dream home.

In addition, I am well versed in finance, contracts and negotiation. I core beliefs are being ethical, honest and professional and simply nothing less.  My family has been a contractor from Alexandria for many generations so I know the area and what this area use to be and can be in coming years.
