DeAndrea has been a real estate agent since 1996 and is licensed in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. She has extensive experience in the real estate industry and has been an Associate Broker since 2009 and formerly served 10 years as a Principal Broker.  DeAndrea holds an MBA – Masters in Business Administration with a minor in commercial real estate and a number of industry certifications, including CMRS – Certified Military Residential Specialist, MRP- Military Referral Professional, VHDA/QT- Virginia Housing Development Authority – Qualified Trainer, ABR – Accredited Buyer’s Representative, C2EX – Commitment 2 Excellence certified, NHCP – New Home Certified Professional and CLP-Certified Listing Professional.

She started her career as a loan processor and then became a real estate agent. DeAndrea is a mother of three and is married to a retired Navy servicemember. Outside of work, she enjoys vacationing and shopping.
