I am the DC Principal Broker and the Office Manager for the NOMA office and the Farragut office. In addition to reviewing and signing off on our DC agent’s listing agreements, buyer agency agreements, and other documents requiring a DC broker’s signature, I provide periodic training on DC forms, including contracts, addenda, disclosures, etc.
Prior to becoming a Realtor I spent almost 20 years in the radio and records business; as an on-air radio announcer, record store manager, records and music video wholesaler/distributor and as an Account Executive for Time Warner before deciding on a career change that lead me real estate.
I’ve been in the business of real estate sales since 1998. I’ve been with Samson Properties for the past fours years and assumed my current position three years ago. I have experienced quite a bit over the years and held positions every step of the way that have given me the oppourtunity to help people. I enjoy assisting clients and customers to acheive their real estate goals and I enjoy helping agents to navigate this business that we’re in.
When I don’t have my real estate hat on I’m usually with my wife engaged in some physival activity. We both run, golf, ride bicycles, and play tennis. We love to travel, but when home we enjoy a good meal paired with a good bottle of wine, followed by a friendly game of chess, or cards, a good movie or we retire to our own corners to watch mindless TV or read. We’re blessed to have our 3 grandchildren nearby. There’s no prescription better than a visit from them.
