Emily has a comprehensive understanding of the complexities of buying and selling waterfront property. Emily is a Middle Peninsula and Northern Neck native and now resides in Weems, enjoying small-town waterfront living. Her collective experiences offer a broad knowledge of the best-kept secrets of the Chesapeake Bay and Rivers area.

Emily graduated from Randolph-Macon College with a Business major. As a third-generation Realtor and daughter of a builder, Emily experienced a constant exposure to the real estate industry, but also developed a personal enthusiasm and passion for finding clients the ideal waterfront escape. Emily offers a fresh perspective on a familiar place. Armed with local knowledge, Emily has helped dozens of families buy and sell in the Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula over the last four years in real estate.
