I am a self-motivated and a risk taker.  In my elementary and middle school age, I enjoyed drawing and painting. I was able to get paid for some of my works.  I finished my high school education as an A student even though I was busy in making money by engaging myself in tutoring and painting.  I dropped out of college first when I was in Ethiopia, and second after I came to the US, because of my entrepreneurial ideas.

I started a private school and a furniture factory in Ethiopia.  I took finishing and remodeling contracts of residential and office buildings in Ethiopia. My childhood painting hobby helped me do quality work in both my finishing and furniture projects. Above all, my finishing and furniture work experiences have kindled my interest into the real estate business.
