I have been in the Real Estate Business for over 10 years, with extensive attention to education of the Real Estate field.  Starting Real Estate with the sale and purchases of many homes and businesses through out my life, starting with my home that was given to me by my Grandmother when I was only 12 years old, shocking that would be the case, but my dear Grandmother knew what she was doing to ensure her granddaughters would always have a home and if not the financial stability from selling the home, so guess I really started in Real Estate at 12.  My life mainly stayed in the Restaurant field for most of my adult life and into my family life, using the sale of the house to create a new venture with my sister, which was buying a old bank in Middletown, VA and turning it into a beautiful restaurant called McSylvies, the name coming from both my sister Laura McCormick and Sylvia, (that’s me), we ran this great establishment for many years serving high quality steaks, seafood and all made daily desserts and breads. So that was then and now to the present with my current Real Estate life, which stated professionally in 2013.  My main goal is to be educated for my clients, that is the most important thing for me in this ever changing business called Real Estate.  I have both my VA and WV license’s, and have completed my studies for GRI- which is the GRADUATE REAL ESTATE INSTUTE, and my VA AND WV  associated brokers which was for the education to feel confident with the field of Real Estate.  Important to me is my clients and their futures with selling or purchasing property’s in the WV & VA area that I service as this is one of the biggest purchases of their lives, and when dealing with me that is the utmost thought in my searches for the perfect property for my clients.  I continue to educate myself through classes on all issues of purchasing and selling property’s.
