Karen has lived in Baltimore for almost 20 years and has watched the city grow and change tremendously. Karen specializes in urban development and connecting residential and investment buyers to properties that exceed their expectations. Karen holds a BFA from Moore College of Art and Design and an MFA from Howard University. For the past 13 years Karen has worked full time designing and producing her own line of jewelry that has been sold nationally and internationally. The strong relationships that she forged in her design business have helped to fuel her real estate career as well as making her a strong negotiator in any deal. Karen believes in approaching every situation with integrity, passion and creativity and is excited to be part of the renaissance that is taking place throughout Charm City.
