Hildy Pollard is a bi-lingual REALTOR® (Spanish) specializing in residential and global/international real state since 2003.  She is known for her friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent customer service.  She holds the CIPS®, CRS, SRS, SRES®,   e-PRO®, AHWD®, CDPE, SFR®, BPOR, CNE, MCRS, CPRES, PSA, WHC and TRC designation. Member of WCR, AREAA and NAHREP.

Currently associated with Samson Properties, Hildy holds licenses in Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia. In Georgia with Palmer House Properties.  She also is a 2005 graduate of The School of Redesigning and Staging.  Hildy is a recipient of the 2011 Shining Star award given by the Maryland Association of REALTORS® (MAR).  A long-time Maryland resident, Hildy volunteers and teaches first-time home buyer seminars for Montgomery County.  She is a graduate of the Institute for Marketing Luxury Homes (2012), the MAR Leadership Academy (2011) and Women Council of REALTORS® Leadership Academy (2010).  Served as Chairperson of MAR’s Equal Opportunity/Cultural Diversity Committee (2013), and GCAAR’s International Committee (2012-2013) GCAAR Board Director from 2014-2017.  Hildy is a former Federal Employee who served with distinction until 2008 in the areas of Contract Administration, Execution, and Negotiations.  She received awards for US HHS Performance of Commercial Activities and Management Analysis for Federal Government (A76).
