I got into real estate as an investor as this was the most profitable sector, with highest returns and lowest risk.  I am a Financial/ Business Analyst. In 2019  I became licensed as a Realtor! 

My background is a data savvy financial management professional -MBA with over  10 years of experience in financial planning analysis control and reporting. I evolved into a business analyst and for the past 6 years was working as consultant in roles of BA / scrum master and project manager!

My education is a masters in business administration with a major in finance and my bachelors is  in economics! I am great with numbers and can make it easy for my clients to understand the financial aspect of the home buying process and make this their best investment, joyful and most profitable!

I grew up in India and had a dream to come to the US for higher education! I did ! My dream was to make America my home and God fulfilled that as well! I am married to my dream guy Abid , a healthcare professional ,  who is my biggest strength and  supports me emotionally and financially in all my endeavors including real estate! My most loved job ever is being mother to my beautiful daughters 17 year old Noor  and 14 year old Zoha! 

 My biggest dream is to help everybody buy their dream home to live in happily ever after:):) I work very hard and tirelessly to find  your dream home!!

I have lived in Annandale/Fairfax since 2005! Our community has 177 homes and I serve on the HOA board of directors . It’s a beautiful place on the beltway with easy access to all highways. It has great schools and close to the best malls like Tysons and other shopping centers and restaurants! 

I have a great eye for beauty and interior decor and never tire of showing you as many homes until you find the right one!! Your care is of utmost importance! My customers are happy and satisfied and every time I see them they thank me and bless me! That is my true reward!

I am in the real estate business to help people! My first client was a distressed family who lost their home in a mortgage crisis. I helped them build their credit and guide them through a very difficult process but eventually we found a right home for the right price and size,  where all the family could unite and live together!! Their home in just six months appreciated in value of more than 60 k. The lady of the house grows a vegetable garden in her backyard and remembers to drop me fresh mint! 

To see that peace and joy in their eyes is priceless!!

I am humanitarian and have lots of causes that are dear to my heart! I support orphanages and free education of the underprivileged in my home town Hyderabad India!
