Ilhan’s interest in real estate has been his lifelong passion.  As a trusted Real Estate Advisor, Ilhan stays informed about current conditions and trends and offers his expertise in helping clients make the best decisions. Ilhan worked with luxury brand BMW as a sales consultant for over 20 years. Having played an integral role in his clients’ car buying decisions, Ilhan brings his effective communication skills to every step of the sales and buying processes. He strives to understand his clients’ needs and wants in order to best serve them.  Ilhan is also an avid remodeler bringing older, neglected homes back to life.  This skill set enhances his ability to serve his clients, whether they are buying or selling a home.

Originally from Turkey, Ilhan has lived in the Northern Virginia area since 1990. Outside of real estate, he enjoys staying active on local trails, and participates in triathlons…having completed numerous long distance events (Ironman, marathons/ultra marathons, century rides). He is proud fan of the Washington Capitals. Ilhan also enjoys spending time with his twins, Audrey and Andrew, cooking, and traveling. He currently resides in Arlington, Virginia.
