I am a real estate professional licensed in Virginia, Maryland and Washington DC and an active member of several key associations, including the Maryland Association of REALTORS (MAR) and the Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS (GCAAR). I am also affiliated with Bright MLS and has earned certifications as a rental specialist and lead network specialist.

I have a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Accounting from Strayer University, graduated with a GPA of 3.83. Prior to this, I earned a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations with a focus on Human Resources from the National University of San Agustín in Peru. My background includes extensive experience in accounting and business administration.
