Hi, I’m Jen Anderson!

I’ve been helping people buy and sell homes full-time since 1987—that’s over 30 years of experience in Southern Maryland real estate.

I live and work in Calvert County and specialize in horse properties, waterfront homes, and first-time homebuyers.

My interest in horse properties began when my daughter started riding years ago. Once we bought a horse—well, it was a done deal! While I never bought an equestrian property myself, I’ve lived the lifestyle and know exactly what horse owners are looking for.

I moved to Calvert County from Washington, D.C. to be closer to the water. We explored many waterfront and waterview homes, and that experience sparked my passion for this niche. Since then, I’ve completed specialized training in critical area regulations and the unique challenges of owning waterfront property.

Helping first-time buyers has always been one of the most rewarding parts of my career. I’ve often been told I’m patient and great at explaining the process clearly. There’s nothing better than handing over the keys to someone buying their first home!
