I have been an real estate agent for over 8 years.  My career begin working with Investors who purchased properties in distressed neighborhoods.  These homes changed the landscape of these neighborhoods and I was excited to be a part of the change.  I also have worked with a number of clients who had to short sale their properties because of the housing bust.   Both of these opportunities have uniquely equipped me to work with a wide range of persons.   I enjoy working with first time home buyers and those who are looking to downsize but not in luxury.
