Hi, I’m Joe! I’ve been “in” real estate for my entire adult life and have found unique ways of implementing my IT and Project Management (PMP) background into what I do as an agent and also as an investor. I am an agent, I am an investor, I am a general contractor, I have built custom homes, and have started to dabble in multi-x units too.
