Julian has been a REALTOR®, since 2008. He’s licensed in VA, DC and MD and he primarily helps buyers and sellers of residential property in Alexandria and the surrounding areas. He seeks to understand your objectives, to work at your pace and to be the advisor you want. As pricing estimators are now ubiquitous, he will explain their misleading results so your expectations are realistic and time is not lost. Having developed his own properties as well has having helped Builders do the same, he has an eye for preparing a home just so, and his contacts can provide the added touch when getting one’s house ready for the market or assessing likely work to be done.   Timing the market and marketing your home are also keys to your success at which he takes pride.

At other times, Julian loves to read history, to garden, and to row with his high school mates at regattas up and down the east coast, and more recently to sail.
