Janice began her career as a Realtor in early 2015 Her interest in real estate began earlier in her career when she was an Office Manager and transaction processor for two top producing agents in Northern Virginia.  Since then, Janice has been Rookie of the Year and Top Producer in her full time career.

She has lived up and down the East Coast, California, and Europe both as an Army officer’s wife and corporate/business professional. Each move required
the purchase and/or sale of personal homes utilizing Realtors and relocation companies. These experiences have given her insight and sensitivity to the home selling/ buying process and has led her to pursue a real estate career.

Her successful approach to real estate begins with a personal consultation (whether selling or buying a home) to determine your specific needs and preferences. Janice holds a BS degree in Business and Project Management from University of Phoenix and is a trained Military Relocation Specialist and has obtained her Real Estate Negotiator Expert certification. She has over 20 years experience in corporate executive administration, non profit resource development, and direct sales
management.

customer service excellence advisor and trainer, marketing, project and organizational management, customer and resource development, community engagement and volunteerism.  Outside of her real estate career, Janice enjoys time with her immediate family which includes her daughters, their hubbies, several grandchildren, and even more “grand doggies!” She enjoys travel, entertaining, interior design, staying fit, and being involved in her community.
