Kevin Brandes was born and raised in Montgomery County, Maryland . He attended Towson University and after graduation, worked in the development side of the real estate business. In 2019 Kevin partnered up with the fastest growing real estate brokerage in the DMV area to extend their arm into the property management and leasing sector.  Kevin has not only excelled in the property management and leasing sector but has represented sellers and buyers’ in sales transactions. In under a 2 year period with the ONE Street Company, Kevin procured management contracts with a portfolio value of over 100 million. Moreover, Kevin has managed 75 full in-unit apartment renovations in occupied buildings and oversaw 20 plus major capital expenditure projects.  There is no aspect of the real estate sector that he does not have extensive experience and knowledge in.
In 2022, Kevin was promoted into a new role as the Director of Business Development for the newly established ONE Street Commercial Division.  He is leading the charge for ONE Street Commercial to outpace the direct competition by leveraging technology, superb organization, and extracting greatness from the Team and Leaders Samer Kuraishi put together.
