Karen was born and raised in Kent in the South-East of England.  It is there that she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree before relocating to London where her Real Estate career began.

In 2002, Karen met her now-husband, and in 2013 earned her Virginia Real Estate Salesperson License. Karen has been practicing ever since, serving hundreds of families, helping them achieve their real estate goals and dreams, while growing a successful business, Karen & Co.

Karen has earned many awards from various organizations such as Northern Virginia magazine, Washingtonian Magazine, NOVA Real Producers, Best of Burke, Zillow 5 star Agent, Homelight, Realtor and more.  These accolades are a result of the dedication and superior level of service to her clients, assisting them in realizing their real estate goals, hopes and dreams, resulting in impressive production levels of business.
